- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL, plus related tools.
- Extensive experience in web-based database application development.
- Bioinformatics, Biology or Chemistry exposure is a plus.

The role will involve isolation, purification and characterisation of marine molecules, predominantly glycans, using various chromatographic techniques. In addition, the candidate will give support to the screening section by undertaking cell culture maintenance and screening assays.

- Chromatography experience either through study, or through previous employment.
- Cell culture experience is desirable although training can be provided.
